We aim to combine our expertise with creativity of the best and most forward-thinking talents in the industry to work together on the new generation of action games for the global gaming community.If you feel yourself able to deliver as nobody else, take ownership of your projects, and are ready to leave a mark on a game you work on, apply now!Job DescriptionAs a Product Analyst you will develop a deep understanding of our products as well as provide high-level industry intelligence to help company executives make data informed decisions on launching new products and services and on proving or adjusting the strategy of the company.Performing in-depth game analysis, competitive analysis, gathering information from opinion leaders & community feedback reviews, you will help our existing game teams to have a better understanding of what mechanics work best in certain genres and help optimize the performance of their games.The role requires superior ability to notice patterns and analyze large amounts of data as well as strategic thinking, business development, collaboration, communication, and multi-tasking skills.We are looking for a critical thinker with a passion for research. This individual will be asked to process, synthesize complex information effectively and communicate in a concise manner.

  • Perform in-depth analysis and competitive research of game mechanics within a specific genre and deliver concise analysis of industry trends, best practices, do’s and donts
  • Research and provide insights around genre-specific user types and how different users engage with certain mechanics and game genres
  • Holistically explore games ecosystem using all available data (proprietary and public) to deliver insights on player movements across games and genres
  • Discover and monitor market reports and any data insights provided by open sources and market insiders
  • Produce a range of regular and ad-hoc actionable insights on market trends to support decisions around our products roadmap
  • Be an expert in the latest trends impacting video games, and share insights across the organization
  • Build relations and be a great partner with research and consulting firms for reports, analysis, and data acquisition
  • Develop frameworks for game and user analysis
  • Use data modeling tools to forecast projects KPIs hypothesis for new and existing titles, considering various in-game and marketing investment
Qualifications
  • Masters degree (MA/MBA) preferred - Marketing, Marketing Research, Statistics, or Econometrics
  • 5+ years Market Research experience
  • Experience in a gaming company or with a personal side project a big plus
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize a large amount of information
  • Strong interest in video games industry and cultural entertainment in general
  • Excellent critical thinking, questioning, and listening skills with superior attention to detail
  • Must be able to create impactful, story driven, & visually pleasing deliverables
  • Passionate about connecting the dots and using data to tell a story
  • Advanced Excel skills, able to build complex models and analysis
  • Experience with data sciences (programming languages, database queries, and data mining) a plus
