(English version below)Rédigé au masculin pour alléger le texteLe Producteur d’Effets Visuels est au centre de la production et est responsable de gérer tous les aspects d’un projet, tout en étant le point de contact avec le client.En étant en charge du bon déroulement de la production, tu feras des comptes rendus hebdomadaires de l’avancement des projets directement au client et au Chef de la Production. Une partie importante de ton rôle consistera à travailler en collaboration avec le Superviseur des Effets Visuels pour élaborer les offres de services, ainsi qu’avec le Gestionnaire de la Planification des Ressources, pour planifier et assigner les ressources de façon efficace.En tant que leader de ton équipe, tu planifieras activement le travail en t’assurant que ton équipe reçoive le soutien des départements appropriés, tout en maintenant une atmosphère de collaboration et de confiance mutuelle favorisant le bon déroulement du travail pour satisfaire le client.Qualifications

  • Au moins 3 ans d’expérience comme producteur d’effets visuels
  • Solide expérience en gestion de projets
  • Compétence à bâtir des relations de travail efficaces et à communiquer avec les clients
  • Très bonne connaissance de la suite MS Office, en particulier Excel

As the main part of your role you will work closely with the Visual Effects Supervisor to bid work, and also in working with the Facility Resource Manager to plan and schedule resources to effectively approach the needs of the work.As the driving force of your team, you will actively plan their day to day work, ensuring they are supported by facility departments where required, whilst motivating them to work closely and confidently with their teams to ensure the progression of the work to the client’s satisfaction.Must have
  • Minimum experience as a VFX Producer for 3+ years
  • Proven project management experience
  • Expertise in building effective working relationships and communicating with clients
  • High-level knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Minimum education of Diploma level or equivalent
