  • Ensure In Service Support program is executed within compliance with specifications, performance requirements, schedules, cost commitments, and internal policies and procedures;
  • Experience in managing internal expectation and communication with all stakeholders and management;
  • Review project performance against milestones and budget;
  • Coordinate project technical activities;
  • Evaluate project risks and develop mitigation plans, as required;
  • Support technical, cost and schedule aspects of proposals;
  • Discuss alternative solutions with customer including contractual changes;
  • Provide and offer after-sales technical support solutions.
