  • Prepare Quality Metrics (FPY, NCR, Audits results, etc.…) ;
  • Schedule training of CCM employees on basics procedures ;
  • Organize and make sure the CCM employees are trained on CCM processes and procedures ;
  • Keep records/folders up to date ;
  • Work on document control reviews and amendments ;
  • Control and do revisions to documentation ;
  • Organize meetings for documentation review/approval (Quality and Engineering) ;
  • Keep Technical Document log up to date and archive all documents ;
  • Update processes, forms, activities as needed ;
  • Follow up verification and effectiveness of actions and activities completed ;
  • Provide administrative assistance with all quality related projects and duties relating to regulatory affairs, engineering, production, customer complaints and general maintenance of the quality system ;
  • Helps personnel from other departments on quality issues ;
  • Participates in quality meetings covering the quality system including NCR’s, audits, and associated compliance activities and projects ;
  • Assist in developing policies and procedures ;
  • Assist in internal and external audit preparations.
KNOWLEGDE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Currently attending university ;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) ;
  • Organized, self-motivated, team player ;
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative ;
  • Global mindset and understanding of complete value chain ;
  • Good communicator ;
  • Bilingual (French/English).
