We continue to build the team and are always looking for exceptional candidates to join Foodtastic.Foodtastic has an exciting position for a Receptionist to join our growing team located in Montreal, Ville Saint-Laurent.*Schedule: 8:30 am -5:00pm*Responsibilities:In this role, you will have office duties, and perform general administrative tasks such as:

  • Answering phone calls
  • Managing all incoming emails (responding and/or redirecting)
  • Providing administrative support to various departments, such as being responsible for data entry.
  • Managing documentation and file organization based on office protocol to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Being responsible for mail posts
  • Entering data into files and performing other related administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 6 months experience in a similar position.
  • Bilingual in both English and French (written and oral)
  • Excellent communication skills and detail oriented
  • Team player, sense of responsibility and confidentiality
  • Demonstrated initiative in task execution
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Excellent skills and demonstrated knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams)
