Job Description

We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join our HR team. As a Recruiting Coordinator at our company, you will assist with supporting the Talent Acquisition Team by sourcing, attracting talent, recruiting administration tasks and hiring process that satisfy our organizational needs.   • Write job descriptions and post online, social media, universities as needed
  • Assess incoming resumes
  • Source passive candidates
  • Search resume databases for ideal candidates
  • Build a robust and consistent talent pool to find qualified candidates, both active and passive
  • Carefully review applicants and identify the most qualified for a given position
  • Scheduling and coordinating candidate interviews (phone, panel, onsite, Skype, Zoom) according to interviewer schedules (Outlook)
  • Conduct virtual pre-interviews on Teams
  • Adhere to personal data privacy regulations
  • Prepare progress reports on a regular basis
  • Maintain interview and hiring records
  • Maintaining a connection with candidates throughout the entire recruitment process (keeping them informed of next steps)
  • References, background checks
  • Prepare hiring paperwork and information packets
  • Handle the orientation of new employees
Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of social media
  • Understanding of human resources policies and practices
  • Ability to conduct various types of interviews (in person, online, phone)
  • Knowledge of HR databases and candidate management systems
  • Basic computer and excel skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • 2 years of experience as Recruiting Coordinator or similar HR role
  • Eager and willing to learn the position requirements
  • Bilingual, English and French
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Thorough problem-solving skills
  • A team player
  • Experience in Employer Branding methods
  • Competency with various with HR tools, such as ATS
Good to have
  • Knowledge of the Software industry
