Job Description

ResponsibilitiesAs the Regional Payroll Specialist, your day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:Payroll:

  • Perform all activities necessary to process a biweekly payroll for US and Canada
  • Administers all aspects of payroll utilizing the automated ADP payroll system for US and Canada
  • Coordinate with global mobility vendor the accounting, reporting and payment of shadow payroll, imputed income and tax gross-up
  • Filing and set up of local, state and federal payroll taxes for US, Canada and international tax authorities
  • Continually enhance payroll reporting and automation within the region in line with best practices
  • Manage time and labor process for US and Canada
Taxation & Other duties:
  • Liaise with Global Mobility Services and external vendors in providing information and analysis for international employees
  • Ensure sound operational controls are maintained and followed in compliance with existing governance.
  • Supports audits
  • Special projects as required
Profile requiredWhat you bring to our team:
  • 5+ years of payroll processing experience
  • Experience processing payroll via ADP is preferred
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to multi-task and remain flexible to constantly changing priorities.
  • Strong organization and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to details and the ability to follow through
  • Ability to develop positive working relationships
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work closely with areas of the firm such as Human Capital Management, Tax, Financial Reporting, Accounting Policy, Treasury, Information Technology and the various Legal Entity Controllers.
