Job Description

Description du poste: Faire des consultations téléphoniques avec des clients potentiels. Faire des séances de vente Zoom avec des clients pour la sélection d’images pour leur portfolio.Une formation et du coaching seront fournis.Conditions de travail: temps partiel (au debut 1 - 2 jours semaine, pas de weekend), travail à distance, région de Montreal.Responsabilités:

  • Fournir des réponses précises aux questions sur les produits, les prix et la disponibilité de service.
  • Coordonner avec le PDG et son assistant pour toute question relative aux clients potentiels et aux clients actuels
  • Obtenir auprès de clients actuels un choix clair des images pour leur portfolio
Qualifications:
  • Personnalité empathique capable de communiquer clairement et de répondre aux attentes et aux préoccupations des clients.
  • De préférence au moins un an dexpérience dans le service à la clientèle.
  • Compétence verbale et écrite en français et en anglais
  • Excellente étiquette téléphonique et excellentes habiletés interpersonnelles.
  • Capacité d’effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et d’organiser et prioriser le travail.
  • Capacité de travailler à domicile (possède un ordinateur portable ou de bureau et un téléphone mobile)
  • Dispose dune connexion Internet stable pour les sessions Zoom
  • Doit avoir une connaissance de Lightroom, Adobe Bridge, Capture One et/ou de toute autre application de sélection d’images
  • Doit avoir une connaissance de lapplication Zoom.
ENGLISH: Conduct phone consultations with potential clients. Conduct zoom sales sessions with actual clients for the photo selection for their portfolio.Training and coaching will be provided.Terms of employment: part-time (1 - 2 days a week at onset, no weekend work), work remotely, region of MontrealResponsibilities
  • Provide specific answers to questions on products, prices and availability of service.
  • Coordinate with the CEO and her assistant regarding any concerns related to potential clients and to actual clients.
  • Get a clear choice of photos from actual clients for their portfolio.
Qualifications
  • Empathetic personality able to communicate clearly and to address the expectations and concerns of clients.
  • Preferably 1 year of customer service experience
  • Fluent in written and spoken French and English languages
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and to organize and prioritize work
  • Able to work from home (has a laptop or desktop and a mobile phone)
  • Has a stable internet connection for Zoom sessions
  • Must have knowledge of Lightroom, Adobe Bridge, Capture One and/or any other image selection apps.
  • Must have knowledge of Zoom app.
