Join them and lets invent tomorrows public transport together.SYSTRAs ambition is to be the benchmark for transport solutions and an opinion leader in mobility.MissionSYSTRA Canadas Transit division works on Canadian urban transport projects (metros, tramways, and electric buses).The Information Management Manager supports the engineering teams on several projects to structure the information and implement the processes and tools for managing this information.Role and responsibilities

• Act as a technical referent on the structuring of document management platforms (SharePoint, Project Wise, BIM 360, Aconex...) based on best practices in project organization;
• Develop information management processes (document management, access management, exchange coordination, status tracking, data traceability, validation circuits, capitalization, archiving, data confidentiality...) to support the work and production control of the engineering teams, in conjunction with the technical management of the projects;
• Write document management procedures and user guides for specialized document management software;
• Set up and administer the collaborative exchange platforms made available on projects;
• Ensure the maintenance and application of document filing systems in accordance with SYSTRA standards and project requirements;
• Assist and train employees in the use of the document management tools made available to them and in the application of pre-established standards and procedures;
• Supervise and carry out, as needed, the activities required for integrated document management (classification, filing, indexing, tracking, recording, quality control, transfer, archiving, destruction, etc.);
• Act as a consultant to clients and projects for the implementation of robust information management;

QualificationsEducation: Certificate in records and archives management or other related field; Certificate in project management (PMP, Prince 2...), an assetYears of experience: Minimum 7 years experience in similar positionsTechnical competencies:

• Excellent knowledge of SharePoint, BIM360, Project Wise, Aconex or other document management software;
• Have very high sensitivity of data security in an online SharePoint environment, in collaboration with our IT department;
• Have a good command of the Microsoft 365 suite;
• Have a basic knowledge of IT;
• Basic knowledge of Power Bi, an asset;
• Basic knowledge of Power Automate, an asset;
• Fluency in French (spoken, read and written);
• Fluency in English (spoken, read and written), as the successful candidate will be working with colleagues and clients in Ontario and internationally ;
