Position: Retail Visual Merchandiser Location: East-End of Montreal Salary: $41K Dive into the world of fashion retail as a Visual Merchandiser. Get a first glance and start in marketing while working for a growing leader in the fashion industry.Our client is seeking a Retail Visual Merchandiser eager to join their team.Benefits: - Group insurance paid at 80% by employer - Mileage reimbursement for travelling - Collaborative work environment Who we would love to meet:- Bilingual to support client accounts outside of Quebec region - In-store merchandizing experience - Driver #39;s licence and access to a car - Eagerness and willingness to learn, with the ability to solve problems - Strong communication skills - Ability to lift or hand material or equipment of moderate weight Responsibilities:- Complete merchandizing service calls in assigned store or territory - Replenish sales floors from stockrooms for major and small retailers and maintain all modular displays of products - Replace packaging and display material, as necessary - Optimize product placement to maximize sales - Take inventory, update systems, analyze results and suggest orders to Store Managers or to Field Sales Manager - Organize product knowledge sessions, sell clinics, fit clinics, visual, presentations, outposts, etc., with key accounts - Communicate competitive activity to the Field Sales Manager - Participate in major in-store events - Transmit all pertinent information (by e-mail) to the company on a daily basis or weekly information documents, as required - Develop and maintain effective relationships with account staff and management teams - Attend all sales meetings, either virtually or in person Please forward your resume to Cristina Bilbao at cristina.bilbao@quantum.ca.
