Every Amilian is incredibly invested in our mission to disrupt the status quo and help our clients achieve great things.What can you expect:As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you are responsible for generating leads and creating opportunities for the account executive by developing and nurturing relationships with prospective clients. You focus on moving leads through the funnel, qualifying them and converting them to opportunities. By taking initiative and applying a best practice approach to sales, you will play a critical role in acquiring new business.Youll be responsible for:

  • Researching, identifying and prospecting new leads;
  • Engaging & building relationships with leads through different channels (phone, email, social, etc.) in order to generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQL);
  • Demonstrating the value of the solution in order to sell the next step and set up quality meetings with the sales executive;
  • Conducting effective discovery calls;
  • Ensuring all customer interactions are logged in our CRM to maintain data integrity;
  • Tracking and forecasting KPIs.
What we want from you:
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a sales role;
  • Experience in SaaS, or similar tech-related industry, an asset;
  • Passion for sales and strong business acumen;
  • Experience working with a CRM (like Salesforce);
  • Excellent verbal and written English and French communication skills;
  • Experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach;
  • Ability to travel, if required;
  • Ability to work from the office (hybrid mode).
