Job DescriptionWe are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our awesome team at Vention. As the gatekeeper of our user experience for the digital platform (web/eCommerce/dashboard), this role must maximize ease-of-use and best-in-class visual representation. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with product teams and stakeholders, working on research, testing, prototyping and designing to develop intuitive and thoughtful Web experience.As a secondary mandate, you will also help our internal Warehouse Management System (VOps) team to give a better user experience to our internal stakeholders.The ideal candidate will be a hands-on designer– taking a consumer-first approach and proactively identifying design needs and execution on the solutions. They will enjoy working closely with Product and Engineering to develop and execute programs that deepen our relationship with users and deliver the appropriate design solution.More specifically you will:
