Job Description

Across our 6 business units — PR, influencer marketing, branding, content development, creative development, and digital — we develop podcasts, webinars, and articles at breakneck speed. In particular, you’ll work heavily on our TOP CMO podcast, which features interviews with marketing leaders from some of the world’s biggest brands, fastest growing companies, and most disruptive start-ups.Does any of this get you fired up Are you ready to help make content for our CEO and the worlds most ambitious marketing agency Wondering if this might just be the best professional experience of your careerDuties

    • Create awesome podcast, webinar, and video content.
    • Work with lead senior producer to realize the full potential of each episode.
    • Listen to raw audio, suggesting episode introductions and closing statements for the host.
    • Record, edit, mix and master audio.
    • Clean and fine-tune raw audio.
    • Edit podcast tracks to create compelling listening experiences.
    • Identify and cut video segments from each interview for deployment on social media.
    • Leverage existing speaking and webinar footage to create YouTube video segments.
    • Ability to test new tools and suggest new operational and technical improvements.
    • Work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
Requirements (unless you convince us otherwise)
    • 2+ years relevant work experience.
    • Very familiar with Adobe Audition, Da-Vinci Resolve, or Adobe Premier Pro.
    • A healthy obsession with improving output and taking each episode a step beyond.
    • A computer/laptop capable of editing audio & video (as this is a remote position).
    • Professional experience with developing content.
    • A portfolio of prior digital audio or film work that really makes us go "wow".
    • Understanding of the latest digital audio and video techniques, styles, and trends.
    • Excellent project management and communication skills.
    • Exceptional organizational skills, ability to prioritize work, and a track record of turning around audio and video content on a tight deadline.
Bonus Points
    • Experience with remote recording platforms (Riverside, SquadCast, etc.)
    • Demonstrated flexibility towards different workflows and production processes.
    • A basic (or better) understanding of sales, marketing and business in general.
    • Experience as a content creator including insights how to leverage each social platform.
