• be the main contact for the marketing sector within the translation team, for all brands
• manage the assignment process for marketing-related translation requests

• high-level analysis of requests
• worksharing with the coordinator (to be appointed)
• For more complex assignments, select resources to be assigned
• negotiate deadlines
• finding solutions to issues that may arise

• manage the entire development of the French version of major projects (i.e. Trouvailles journal, ESG report, websites), from translation, to updates, to proofreading (with a dedicated resource to support this task)
• Creatively edit/translate slogans and other marketing materials

• Work closely with the Senior Director of Marketing and advertising copywriters to create strong French lines as needed
• Ease the task of the departments SD with marketing communications

• Establish good relations with the various marketing stakeholders in the organization, both in Montreal and in Quebec
• Suggest ways to continuously improve the departments operations

Dotée dun grand sens de lorganisation, sachant faire preuve de créativité et capable de jouer avec les mots, passionnée dabord de cuisine mais aussi de mode et de beauté, ayant comme principes rigueur et efficacité et aimant la langue française, la Responsable - Traductions marketing devra notamment :

• être la principale personne-ressource pour le secteur marketing au sein de léquipe de traduction, pour lensemble des marques
• gérer le processus dattribution des demandes de traduction liées au marketing
  • analyse haut niveau des demandes
  • répartition du travail avec la coordonnatrice (à être nommée)
  • pour les mandats plus complexes, choix des ressources à affecter
  • négociation des échéances
  • recherche de solutions en cas denjeux
• gérer lentièreté de lélaboration de la version française de projets denvergure (i.e. journal Trouvailles, rapport ESG, sites web), depuis la traduction, aux mises à jour, à la correction dépreuve (avec une ressource dédiée à cette tâche en appui)
• mettre à profit sa créativité pour la révision/transcréation de slogans ou autres textes marketing
  • travailler étroitement au besoin avec la Directrice principale du service et/pigistes publicitaires à la création de lignes françaises percutantes
  • alléger la tâche de la DP du service en ce qui a trait aux communications marketing
• Établir de bonnes relations avec les différents intervenants marketing de lorganisation, tant à Montréal quau Québec
• Proposer des pistes damélioration continue afin doptimiser le fonctionnement du service
