Were a young, ambitious and global team that is constantly pushing the limits for our work and our capabilities.About the roleAs our new Strategic Sales & Account Manager, youll be partnering with our Head of Strategic Accounts to keep our clients happy, to build and maintain authentic business partnerships, to manage day-to-day client requests and to proactively create long-term digital strategies for our clients.Trust us, its as much fun as it sounds serious.This role has a strong commercial focus and is responsible for building a strategic pipeline of new and existing projects.Your focus will be to ensure that all the work delivered is win-win for both the client and Signifly. Were talking value created, smart budgeting, overall satisfaction and long-term strategic impact.Your most important role will be to drive successful and loyal client relationships. You will seize new business opportunities together with clients and help foster the growth of their businesses. You will have the task of handling ongoing client requests from a range of Signifly’s clients and we expect you to act proactively to resolve their needs as well as inspire new initiatives.Youll take part in our strategic partnership building and help develop digital strategies for clients - particularly, for those clients that you service on a day-to-day basis.Youll also have the chance to join some of our new business, marketing and networking activities to start growing your own network and nurture specific leads to form relationships from the early onset.Internally in the Signifly team, you will also have an important responsibility in planning, communicating and following up on the work that is agreed with the clients you work with. Youll have a key role in ensuring motivation and guidance for the people involved in solving the relevant tasks, and you should always make yourself available to ensure alignment on commercial agreements and strategy, as well as help to resolve any disputes to ensure long-term partnerships and high customer satisfaction.Lastly, you deeply care about understanding your clients’ businesses and you have a genuine interest in making them successful. You go the extra mile and build strong bonds that go beyond the professional relation ensuring that your clients feel appreciated, recognized and understood.What we expect from you:

    • Were always in growth mode, so we need someone who is eager to chase new business opportunities with excitement.
    • Youre confident in negotiating terms and prices with clients, ensuring maximum value creation.
    • Youre proactive and curious. Especially, when it comes to strategically asking questions and advising your clients about their needs and opportunities - even those that they haven’t thought of yet.
    • Building creative solutions is not a one-person show. Youre going to need to work with others on the Signifly team to get the right solutions to our clients. Teamwork makes the dream work <3
    • You know that building a sales pipeline is finding the right balance between growing existing accounts and approaching new ones.
    • Your follow-up game is masterful and authentic. You know how to bring value to each communication.
  • General skills:
    • You have a deep understanding of how different businesses operate and youre able to get creative and use that knowledge to suggest novel, strategic improvements and get conversations going with the right stakeholders.
    • You have excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in both English and French. Nous avons plusieurs clients francophones.
    • Youre passionate about and keenly interested in technology, design and digital innovation.
    • Lastly, you like to smile and know how to make others feel good :)
