The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for supporting the TA Advisors by scheduling interviews; posting roles in the Applicant Tracking system (Taleo); creating offer letters/contracts; greeting and responding to candidates and any other support functions, as needed. In addition, the TA Coordinator will act as the first point of contact for candidates. This role will also be responsible for Applicant Tracking system upgrades, trouble shooting and reporting. This role is also responsible for the administration of various programs such as the employee referral program, responding to inquiries (“contact us”) and the coordination of recruitment events. The position requires a strong understanding of EDC’s HR programs, policies and framework.The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment. As this is a front facing role the incumbent will act as an EDC ambassador and will need to reflect the EDC brand and values.Screening Criteria

  • Completion of a related undergrad degree OR combination of relevant education and experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Work experience in a client-facing role
  • Bilingual in both official languages (French and English) – in the even that a qualified bilingual candidate is not identified, qualified unilingual candidates will be considered.
Assets
  • Experience working in Human Resources, preferably in a recruitment capacity
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint
Salary Range
  • $54,500 - $81,800 + performance-based incentive
