The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for supporting the TA Advisors by scheduling interviews; posting roles in the Applicant Tracking system (Taleo); creating offer letters/contracts; greeting and responding to candidates and any other support functions, as needed. In addition, the TA Coordinator will act as the first point of contact for candidates. This role will also be responsible for Applicant Tracking system upgrades, trouble shooting and reporting. This role is also responsible for the administration of various programs such as the employee referral program, responding to inquiries (“contact us”) and the coordination of recruitment events. The position requires a strong understanding of EDC’s HR programs, policies and framework.The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment. As this is a front facing role the incumbent will act as an EDC ambassador and will need to reflect the EDC brand and values.Screening Criteria
