The role would lead Talent Acquisition activities in our Dental Wings headquarters in Montreal, and you would also oversee hiring activities in Germany. This is a hands on role personally getting involved in Canadian recruitment and supporting commercial hiring for our wider Canadian Straumann Group organisation.At this moment we are rebuilding the Global TA function and upgrading our capabilities to scout for talent directly and provide true consultative support for our business. You would have the opportunity to influence the talent acquisition service deliverables and hiring model in Canada.You would also be responsible for supporting global initiatives including new recruitment technology design and implementation, hiring manager interview training, working with the global team to support Employer Brand content creation and social media brand ambassadorship. You would joining a global family of 30+ TA Partners at Straumann group. The role reports to our Head of Talent Acquisition for North America (based in Boston, USA). Infrequent travel to Boston, USA or Basel, Switzerland may be required.Qualifications
