(www.hercules.com – www.thrustmaster.com).We are looking for a Customer Technical Support Agent.Part of the North American Tech Support team, and in regular collaboration with your colleagues in Europe, after a full training program to learn our products, tools, and processes, you work as company representative for both Thrustmaster and Hercules.Your mission is to resolve technical issues and provide a full support to North American endusers (especially Spanish speaking customers/endusers), by answering queries for both company’s products brands (Hercules & Thrustmaster) and offering solutions in respect of existing quality and efficiency standards.You then :- handle solicitations via phone, e-mail and/or chat in accordance with the internal existing procedures- identify and escalate priority issues- accurately update company databaseLanguage: Fluent in Spanish and English - Fluency in at least one language in addition would be appreciatedSkills and Profile:- Education: Electronic or information technology DCS- Passionate about technology- Excellent command of Windows and Pack Office.- Knowledge of video games and game consoles- Able to work as a team, rigorous and analytic mind.Full time permanent contract – 40 hours per week contract – Work Schedule from Tuesday to Saturday, starting after the training period.Hours: 11:30 AM to 8:30PM on Weekdays, Saturday to be determinedLocation: the position is in Montreal and immediately available.Type demploi : Temps plein, PermanentSalaire : 16,00$ à 20,00$ par heureAvantages :
