Job Description

Attracting talent from around the world, current work includes Aquaman: The Lost Kingdom, The Flash, and Stanger Things Season 4.Come and join an innovative and collaborative team and be challenged to do the best work of your career alongside some of the best talent from around the globe.Reporting to the Head of Virtual Production, the Technology Development Department Manager manages day-to-day operations of the Virtual Production Technology Roadmap, coordinating cross-functional development teams effectively and in accordance with the different Productions’ requirements. We look for clear communicators who demonstrate a high level of organization and a very proactive and positive attitude.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identifies and assists department leads and supervisors with any project roadblocks
  • Maintains a good overview of the departments’ overall priorities, keeps a good pulse on developers’ wellbeing
  • Drives and/or assists with developers’ schedules and tasks
  • Plan for, help hire and onboard new starters, ensures that quarterly evaluations, probation & salary reviews happen in a timely manner
  • Work with Project Manager to ensure crewing and project schedules work together
  • Evaluates developers’ performance along with department leads and supervisors, and escalates to Eyeline VP and HR as needed
