If you thrive on tackling interesting challenges with continuous learning opportunities, then Tecsys could be a good fit for you!About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to fill the role of Workplace Experience Specialist. This position is responsible for overseeing various aspects of our workplace to ensure a positive and efficient working environment. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for details, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for creating an exceptional employee experience. Please note that this position is based out of our Montreal office and requires the successful candidate to work on site. You will be responsible for:1. Reception:· Oversee front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional reception area.· Manage the mailroom and all aspects of incoming and outgoing office deliveries.· Create Guest WI-FI passes as required.2. Facilities Management:· Oversee the daily operations of office facilities to ensure a clean, safe, and productive environment. Maintain and coordinate the cleanliness and safety of assigned areas, including kitchens, and equipment. Perform daily rounds, promptly reporting and escalating any issues to your lead and team members as needed. · Coordinate with building management and external vendors for maintenance, repairs, and other facility-related services.3. Event Coordination:· Coordinate employee events, including catering, event space, and entertainment.· Provide administrative and technical support for corporate meetings.· Organize corporate community outreach initiatives.4. SWAG Distribution:· Oversee the corporate SWAG program, ensuring a consistent and positive brand image.· Manage the coordination of SWAG distribution, including warehousing, ordering, and international shipping.5. Approving Travel Accommodations:· Evaluate and approve travel accommodation requests in accordance with our Travel Policy.Qualifications

    • Proven experience in facilities management, office administration, or related roles.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Familiarity with travel coordination and vendor management.
    • Creative mindset for designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
    • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Strong proficiency in both written and verbal Englishamp; French communication essential for effective correspondence with clients, suppliers, business partners, and colleagues beyond the province of Quebec.
