Job DescriptionPosition OverviewReporting to Manager Digital Media, the Interactive Strategist acts as a media ambassador for RCL #39;s divisions.The incumbant ensures that marketing campaigns are translated into compelling media tactics supporting the marketing objectives and reflecting our brand identities.This person is also responsible for driving omnichannel growth by designing media plans and tactics for various channels and at all stages of the customer journey, in order to increase brand awareness and support acquisition and sales objectives, in partnership with our internal and external partners.Responsibilities :

  • Elaborates strategic media plans and digital initiatives supporting our brand objectives, in partnership with the marketing, eCommerce and analytics teams, and present them to key internal stakeholders;
  • Oversees 360 media planning, ad ops and reporting for media initiatives managed internally and with partner agencies;
  • Develops and maintains partnerships with a network of agencies, publishers and ad tech vendors to support the media planning activities;
  • Drives an agenda of innovation, creativity and continuous improvement to the internal practice;
  • Works closely with internal analytics partners to instill data at every step of the media planning cycle, report on the complete media outcomes against the business and marketing objectives and provide creative and campaign insights that will drive the next iteration of digital media planning;
  • Actively participates in defining and enhancing the media framework and related internal processes in order to improve operational efficiency, agility and performance;
  • Proactively seeks new media acquisition channels and retention tactics to diversify our media blueprint and innovate.
