Job Description

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Technician to join our dynamic IT support team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of Linux systems and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for end-users, ensuring a seamless IT experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide first-level technical support to users experiencing IT-related issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Manage and oversee the deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management of devices across multiple platforms including Microsoft Intune, macOS (MDM), and Linux.
  • Assist with user account management, including creating, modifying, and disabling accounts in Active Directory.
  • Utilize ticketing systems to document issues, track resolutions, and maintain records of user interactions.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level technical support or appropriate teams as necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance user support experiences.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with technology trends and tools.
  • Assist in maintaining documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles for common technical issues and resolutions.
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems and applications as directed.
