These services includes health promotions and protection; disease and injury prevention; chronic disease management and prevention; provision of supportive, instructive, treatment and emergency services; collaboration with and referral to other health care professionals; conducting community needs assessments and participation in evaluation projects.Required QualificationsAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)Basic Life Support (BLS)Registered Nurse - Nurse Practitioner Masters ProgramRegistered or eligible for registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)Valid Class 5 driver #39;s licenseExperienceMinimum of three (3) years experience working as a Registered Nurse, with experience as RN (NP) in a Primary Health Care setting preferred.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesAbility to competently use computers and software applications as required by the positionAbility to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships and communication with other health care professionalsAbility to make decisions, which must include coordination of staffing, and/or patient care, and/or coordination of equipmentAbility to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary teamCommunication skills to provide/obtain verbal and/or written opinions/adviceComputer skills in such programs as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)Interpersonal skills
