Branch ManagerWe have an immediate opening in our Morden location for a branch manager. This location is constantly growing in customer base and revenue, and is a busy, team-oriented facility that requires a dedicated, motivated individual. Our branch managers work at both the customer and employee level in order to ensure our continued success, and they are a key requirement in maintaining and developing lasting and loyal relationships.Key Qualifications· The ability to maintain a personable, dedicated attitude in fast-paced, high-tempo environment;· Strong leadership and communication skills that promote an effective team environment;· A customer-crentric attitude and a strong focus on long-term customer relationships;· Experience with staff supervision, scheduling and training, inventory management, and reporting; counter duties, customer service, and inside sales; assisting in quarterly and annual budgets and forecasting;· Excellent time management and organization abilities with attention to detail and paperwork organization;· The ability to work and make decisions independently;· Existing knowledge of construction equipment and building products;· Computer experience and knowledge of all Windows applications;· The flexibility to adapt to emergency and overtime arrangements;· The ability to perform customer dispute resolution in a timely and mutually agreeable manner;· Willingness to travel as required.Additional Qualifications· Technical aptitude of CAT equipment and operations would be considered an asset:· Prior experience with both TRAC operations and Systematics would be considered an asset;· A clean driver’s abstract is mandatory.Battlefield Equipment Rentals is committed to creating an inclusive environment where people from all backgrounds can thrive.
