Here, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter.3M is seeking a Human Resources Supervisor, located in Morden, MB to assist with the Human Resources function at our Manufacturing site. The successful candidate will make an impact by providing guidance and counsel to management and employees on company guidelines, labour and employee relations, compliance, performance management, investigations, diversity and inclusion, workforce staffing, and training and development needs.Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR projects that assist in the understanding and development of a culture supportive of the manufacturing business strategy.
  • Provide consultation and training for Supervisors/Managers/Employees on HR systems, tools, processes, compliance, collective agreement administration and policies
  • Seek out opportunities to increase employee engagement and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including regional HR Business
To set you up for success in this role from Day 1, 3M requires (at minimum) the following qualifications
  • Completion of Post-secondary education (degree or diploma)
  • 3 years of experience in a Manufacturing environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
  • Ability to translate industry knowledge into actionable strategies
  • Understanding of the Employment Standards Act and recruiting practices, methodologies, and tools.
  • CHRP/CHRL or related additional HR certification an asset
Travel: In this role, you will be required to travel approximately 5% of the time, which may involve overnight stays. A valid driver’s license is required.Relocation: May be offeredWhat We Offer:
