Job Description

Pharmasave #455, located in Morden, MB is currently accepting resumes for a full-time Merchandising Coordinator (Fashion & Home Décor).

  • 38 to 40 hours a week.
  • The usual shifts will fall on Monday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Tuesday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Thursday and Friday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Job Overview:
  • The Merchandising Coordinator (Fashion & Home Décor) is responsible for ordering all fashion items, giftware, and home décor for the store.
  • They will also be responsible for inventory control and merchandising duties such as setting up displays and ensuring all stock is properly priced.
  • Their team must be knowledgeable about following proper merchandising techniques such as stock rotation and sequencing.
  • To develop and increase home décor, giftware, and clothing sales through displays, promotional activity, and personal selling. To maintain department profitability through proper buying, pricing, and inventory control.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Grade 12 education
  • Preference will be given to candidates that have previous retail or fashion/home décor experience.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and courteously with customers.
  • Mature and cooperative attitude.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s licence.
  • Due to the sensitive nature of this position, the successful candidate must complete a Criminal Record Check
Wages and Benefits:
  • Starting from $14.00/hr.
