Senior Care Specialist: Nanaimo locationIn-Home Caregiver Position:Just Like Family Home Care Nanaimo location is hiring amazing health care staff again! Want to look forward to your workday At Just Like Family we do!We need someone Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays 9am to 4pm.Be treated like a professional, and respected for your talents and experience. We are a close-knit team of Home Support Workers, Caregivers, and nurses, who work together to ensure our clients have the highest quality of care from every team member. Reliability when working with our senior clients is of utmost importance to assist them with daily living activities!We take pride in doing the “extra little things” that make all the difference to our clients.   • Seeking individuals wanting a long-term career opportunity that has flexibility, is compassionate, caring, and with a genuine interest in improving the quality of life of others.
  • We are seeking caregivers that are willing to take initiative and work well independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to speak and write well in English needed. The ability to speak another language is an asset!
  • Must be able to take the bus and /or drive to work.
  • Must live in the Nanaimo Area or immediate vicinity. No applicants living in foreign countries.
  • A smartphone with data is necessary for schedule and reporting purposes.
  • A criminal record check is required and 2 professional references are required.
