Job Description

:Capgemini is looking for a Java Production Support Analyst in Princeton NJ.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Primarily responsible for analyzing, debugging and resolving production support issues
  • Should be willing to work and resolve tickets as per SLAs
  • Works under pressure and is able to handle competing priorities
  • Meets or goes above and beyond on process turnaround for tasks and follow ups, and issue resolution to closure.
  • Able to resolve P1/P2 issues and represent team in the bridge calls
Required Skills:
  • 5+years of exp. in Hands-on design, development, deployment and support experience
  • Experience in Java 8 / 11 , Spring, Spring batch, Hibernate, PostgreSQL
  • Experience working on AWS environment
  • Analyzing Dynatrace logs, monitoring, performance and provide recommendations to improve performance
  • Strong documentation skills and Problem solving abilities
  • Advanced skill in creating and maintaining user documentation.
