Position SummaryThe Group Product Manager (GPM) drives strategic marketing and lifecycle management of key offerings, products, services, or technologies for the late-stage oral pharmaceuticals segment, within the Pharma Product Delivery division. The GPM drives business segment growth, innovation, value proposition development and market communication activities, and partners with the commercial leadership team to develop growth plans and go to market strategies, lead generation and marketing communication tactics.This is a full-time remote position: Monday - Friday, days.Catalent is a global, high-growth, public company, and a leading partner for the pharmaceutical industry in the development and manufacturing of new treatments for patients worldwide. • Work to develop and drive implementation of marketing strategy to achieve business development, win targets, and Division revenue targets.
• Partner with the Central Marketing team to create effective marketing tactics and strategies and increase awareness through trade shows, customer events, digital campaigns and print, PR, etc.
• Work with subject matter experts and external partners to expand and repurpose the expert content library, including case studies, white papers, articles, and interviews
• Work with business development to ensure awareness of marketing activities, and participate in customer meetings as needed to represent the Catalent marketing group
• Support and/or lead the creation of targeting campaigns, including authoring marketing messages for campaigns
• Lead the development of reports and presentations for monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting to Marketing teams
• Design and lead sales force training on new products, messaging, and communication platforms
• Analyse market trends, consumer insights, customer needs, and competitive environment in order to develop appropriate product positioning, key benefits, and customer targets
• Lead upstream marketing including assessing market potential and identifying targeting platforms and product categories for future product development
• All other duties as assigned

The Candidate

• Bachelor #39;s Degree in Marketing or related field; Master #39;s degree preferred
• 7+ years of product marketing experience
• CDMO and/or knowledge of pharmaceutical development preferred.
• Excellent analytical and project management skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Broad understanding of brand and product management principles.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
