The individual in this role will serve Slalom #39;s clients as a trusted partner, building and executing customized business plans and predictable sales engagement processes. Successful candidates must thrive in a people-based corporate culture and be passionate about identifying new client opportunities and growing the Slalom brand.What You #39;ll Do

  • Identify, lead, and close Slalom client opportunities throughout the entire sales lifecycle
  • Collaborate with account and practice leaders to help further sales strategy, lead our business development pursuits, and develop account plans
  • Thoughtfully prospect and qualify client opportunities related to the entire consulting portfolio, including technology, data, and business advisory services
  • Establish new client logos for Slalom and support the growth of existing accounts
  • Build and execute on customized business plans and predictable sales engagement processes
  • Establish, manage, and grow relationships with key executives and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with alliance partners to drive joint sales activity and pipeline
What You #39;ll Bring
  • Previous sales and account management experience, ideally within a technology or services/consulting environment
  • Preferably experience selling to the Life Sciences industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Able to partner with clients to understand their organizational needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business
  • Experience with the RFP process, budgeting, and project management
  • Experienced in building relationships with executive leaders (CXOs) and business decision-makers
  • Skilled at leading teams through complex technology solution sales
  • Organized and methodical; strong prioritization and negotiation skills

For this position, the base salary pay range is $110,000-180,000. This position is eligible for variable pay through a sales compensation plan. These plans are based on achievement against sales targets and/or business objectives. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual #39;s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
