This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, understands the value of personal connections, and is eager to leverage their existing network to grow our business.Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the residential construction sector.
  • Attend marketing events, industry expos, and networking opportunities to build and expand our client base.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Deliver engaging presentations that highlight the benefits of working with Windsor Wolves.
  • Collaborate closely with our marketing team to create persuasive sales materials that resonate with potential clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and the latest in residential construction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a strong preference for candidates who have a relevant client list.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A natural networker who enjoys attending events and meeting new people.
  • Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Passionate about the construction industry; previous experience or contacts in the industry is a significant advantage.
  • A successful track record in boutique/high-ticket sales is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of the construction sector is essential.
