THE TEAMThe mission of the Distribution Department is to provide seamless inbound and outbound services facilitating an agile distribution network.THE OPPORTUNITYAs a member of the Distribution department, you will be part of the team responsible for the accurate receiving, storage, and shipping of our product to our stores and customers. As Night Shift Team Lead, you will support in ensuring seamless distribution activities to provide the highest possible service to all of Aritzia #39;s customers. • Manage and facilitate the inbound/outbound operations of the Distribution Centre and other off-site storage facilities when required
• Foster inventory accuracy and maximize operational efficiency through utilization of our distribution space
• Take industry leading measures to protect the health and safety of our people
• Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience

THE HOURS

• Our night shift runs from 10:00PM to 06:00AM, Sunday to Thursday (ie, first shift of the week starts on Sunday 10:00PM, last shift of the week ends 06:00AM Friday)

THE QUALIFICATIONSThe Night Shift Team Lead has:

• An interest and willingness to learn about people leadership
• An appetite to learn about how to lead a functional area of a Distribution Centre
• A commitment to quality, investing in results and a sense of urgency for executing job responsibilities, prioritizing urgent and important work
• The ability to hold yourself accountable to reach your full potential

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently, and to perform repetitive tasks and movements
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to an eight (8) hour shift
