Job Description

Merit Kitchens is hiring a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join us! Could it be youReporting to the Director of Brandamp; Marketing, The Marketing Coordinator helps ensure the smooth operation of the Marketing department with strong organizational skills, helping to coordinate campaigns, executing marketing strategies and system-wide client records management. This opportunity affords the right career professional the ability to grow along with a well established company, as it executes it’s growth plans over the coming years.How You’ll Contribute:

  • Support the marketing team with strong organization skills, to keep everyone on track.
  • Manage workflow; help plan events, projects, campaigns, and content.
  • Help our customers with marketing inquiries when needed.
  • Draft promotional materials and presentations, leveraging your strong graphic design expertise.
  • Deliver digital marketing support for the company website updates and back up support for the social media channels.

The Key’s to Your Success:
  • Marketing degree, or relevant business field.
  • 3 plus years or equivalent in a fulltime marketing role, and the desire to develop your marketing career.
  • Creative and Branded Graphic Design skills; InDesign and Adobe Suite, strong intermediate to professional level.
  • Demonstrated understanding of marketing principles and application to business objectives.
  • Articulate and collaborative verbal and written communication style; polished and publication ready written proficiency; ability to communicate ideas and information across varied groups; professional level English grammar and spelling is a must.
  • Understanding of B2B and B2C marketing; familiarity with medium to large corporate business models is a strong asset
  • Corporate social media; responsibility and awareness.
  • Understanding of GA4 and GAds is considered a strong asset.
