Job Description

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team responsible for maintaining and ensuring the proper functioning of all gaming equipment, including critical game show components such as Dream Wheeler, Craps tables, Megaball and Sic Bo setups.
  • Oversee and delegate routine maintenance tasks, such as:
    • Wheel rotation and leveling to ensure compliance with operational standards.
    • Adjustment and alignment of mechanical components for optimal gameplay.
    • Preventive maintenance on relevant equipment
  • Lead the team in conducting regular inspections and diagnostics to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact operations.
  • Ensure that all gaming equipment meets company standards and adheres to gaming compliance requirements as outlined by regulatory entities.
  • Supervise troubleshooting efforts and coordinate the resolution of equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain and oversee maintenance records, including wheel maintenance logs, part replacements, and incident logs.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of equipment, spare parts, and technical support.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to team members on the correct use, handling, and maintenance of gaming equipment, ensuring tasks are performed effectively and safely.
  • Monitor the team’s adherence to health, safety, and compliance protocols during maintenance or repair activities.
  • Conduct audits to ensure that all gaming equipment and processes meet the compliance requirements of British Columbia and other relevant jurisdictions.
  • Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades, process improvements, or replacements and present recommendations to management.
