It’s a chance to create something new and special and work directly with the senior management team. This is a position for somebody excited about forging their own path and working in an entrepreneurial environment.As an Retention Manager you will:

  • Drive to make Westminster Toyota the #1 location in British Columbia
  • Cultivate strong connections with lease and service customers, prioritizing their satisfaction and loyalty to optimize long-term retention
  • Analyze vehicle market value trends using different market valuation tools
  • Schedule appointments with prospective sellers
  • Strategize, oversee, and assess the functioning of the Retention department with both retail and wholesale customers.
  • Perform detailed appraisals of vehicles and compare with market value analysis
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of market research and trends to ascertain consumer demand, sales potential, and the impact of competitors on sales.
  • Provide excellent customer experience
  • Staff development training and assist in hiring new staff
  • Develop targets and track to continually improve.
  • Formulate and execute marketing plans to retain existing customers.
  • Track, maintain and follow up prospective customers by using our CRM tools
  • Manage and supervise the retention team and ensure targets are met
  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Google suite of products to track market trends
