Job Description

IKON Complete Inc. is a Recruitmentamp; Search Firm specializing in identifying,amp; sourcing top performers for our clientele. Our clients include industry-leading organizations who partner with us to be an extension of their HRamp; Recruitment function. Position: Technical Sales RepresentativeLocation: Richmond, BC Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year (depending on experience)Industry: Manufacturing / Production / Electronics / SalesEmployment Term: Fulltime / Permanent Rolesamp; Responsibilities:

  • Meeting with prospective clients and cultivating enduring relationships that effectively meet their needs.
  • Implement a strategic sales plan to expand our customer base and enhance the company’s global presence.
  • Ensure company quotas are met by setting objectives and tracking progress through daily check-ins with the sales team.
  • Identify and generate new leads, establish and nurture client relationships, and drive sales growth.
  • Sell Spectro battery devices into the automotive and stationary battery markets.
  • Attend conferences, exhibit our technologies, and deliver presentations on our innovations.
  • Performs all other duties.
Qualificationsamp; Experience:
  • Bachelor’s or associate degree in marketing, sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years’ experience managing sales in a corporate setting, with a proven track record of success throughout the sales process.
  • Ability to build a strong network and establish enduring client relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Able to travel to assigned territory as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
