Exciting and varied hands-on technical role with fast-growing CNC machine supplier. We provide high-quality industrial and hobbyist CNC Routers and Lasers, selling all over North America and our customers are creative, interesting people. Based out of our facility in NewcastlePosition VisionIm looking for a highly organized, detail oriented individual to fulfill a unique set of needs.If you genuinely love solving problems, being super-organized, creating highly-effective systems, then this job could be for you.We provide our customers with commercial and industrial automation equipment such as CNC lasers, CNC routers and CNC plasmas. But DO NOT be intimidated, if you know nothing of this field you can learn.The more effort you put in, the more youll receive and am confident you will earn $100000+ in the first year.A typical routine would include the following.- Sales demonstrations and use case demos- Respond to telephone inquiries, social media inquiries and email inquiries to provide clarification to clients- Online marketing- Facebook advertising- Sales strategies- Forecasting with the team- Provide timely follow-ups to ensure effective closing of sale opportunities- Maintain product knowledge- Maintain and improve sales process and our customer journeyAbout You:A detail oriented and highly organized individual who maintains consistent a well-communicated knowledge to our clients and client online portals.We’re looking for someone who loves helping people, who loves finding the elegant, simple path through tricky situations to the next, simple steps that move clients forward.You genuinely care.
