Job Description

A Junior Server at Ruffino’s is a critical role in assuring excellence in organization, teamwork and timing related to organizing and delivery food drops to table. They demonstrate excellent communication skills with culinary team members, Service Managers and staff. As Junior Server, they are also expert in vital support roles encompassing setting up the dining room, setting tables, clearing tables, pouring water, running food, working with servers and expediters, resetting the dining room, polishing glassware and various other tasks that support service at the restaurant.We are a Values-Driven Company that is committed to creating great work experiences for our people with lots of growth opportunities for advancement.What You Bring to the Table

  • The ability to multi-task
  • A sense of urgency and strong work ethic
  • Strong communication and listening skills to develop trusting relationships with peers and guests
  • Regularly required to lift and/or move up to 30lbs
  • Ability to stand or walk for up to 10 hours at a time
  • Ability to balance & carry multiple plates, glass racks and or/glasses
  • The ability to stay positive and calm under pressure
  • A warm, compassionate, and team-focused approach

Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePart-time hours: 25-40 per weekSalary: $16.00-$18.00 per hourSchedule:
