In this role, you will provide general household maintenance for our senior clients – helping them with painting, plumbing, gardening, yard work and other projects. As a Spectrum Handy Person, you will provide your clients with the best possible service to meet their needs in a caring, courteous and engaging manner. You will be uniquely positioned to listen, observe and communicate any concerns about the client’s physical and emotional condition to ensure they receive the appropriate level of care to help them thrive.Job Description

  • General household maintenance activities including, painting, minor plumbing, and other projects
  • Listen observe and communicate any concerns or changes in the client’s physical, emotional or environmental conditions to Spectrum management
Qualifications
  • Experience in household maintenance
  • Experience in customer service
  • Ability to interact with others in a caring, tactful and courteous manner
  • Ability to speak other languages an asset
  • Valid Vulnerable Sector Police Check and TB Test (within 6 months) as a condition of employment
  • Mandatory COVID 19 Vaccine Policy
