  • You’re a Meticulous Mastermind. You love to do lists, a digital/paper note-taker and has a “get it done attitude”.
  • You’re a Planner. You like to leave a little wiggle room in your schedule to allow flexibility to get the “extra stuff that comes up taken care of”.
  • You’re a Team Player. You may be an organized guru, but you still take the time to develop good working relationships, team up in emergencies and keep things moving smoothly so there are no surprises.
  • You bring enthusiasm and positive energy, you are a people person, so going above and beyond for your customer comes naturally to you.
  • Do you have experience in parts, supply-chain, purchasing, office management, receiving With the right attributes, attitude and skills, this could be a match made in heaven.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Working with customers face to face and over the phone
  • Liase with Service Technicians and customers to effectively communicate services
  • Completing work orders that are accurate and timely
  • Ability to answer retail parts inquiries being one of the main focuses (by phone and in person)
Key Qualifications:
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Receiving, Purchasing or Office Management would be an asset
  • Excel at taking parts & accessory orders from internal, retail, & wholesale customers
  • Computer literate
  • Must have a valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver’s License upon employment
