Job Description

Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Full Time Bulk Petroleum Team Leader at our Agro location in NipWho we are: Lake Country Co-op does business differently.   • Demonstrate the day-to-day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, values, brand and focus on safety
  • Ensure legendary guest service is provided in the facilities and from the delivery/service units at all times
  • Maintain neat, clean, and orderly facilities and rolling stock and associated checklists
  • Oversee Bulk Petroleum and Oil dispatch, delivery, record keeping, billing, and pricing; oversee the South Cardlock site and assist with overseeing the Nipawin Agro Store operations
    • Order, receive, stock, display, lead and model the Human Resources and Finance/POS functions in the department
    • Lead customer contact including building and maintaining relationships with customers and resolving delivery and service issues, spills, and accidents
    • Monitor the fleet net system
  • Grow the business and actively seek out new customers or sales opportunities
  • Perform spot checks on delivery units to ensure proper care, safety, and maintenance
  • Be a leader in safety and efficiencies
  • Be readily available as a backup fuel driver
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding all company and customer files and records
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Through the work that we do and annual sales of over $500 million we help to build, fuel, feed and grow our communities together.Who you are:You are looking for a career in Customer Service and Leadership and:
  • You have a Grade 12 or equivalent; post secondary business experience is an asset
  • You have a valid 3A or 1A license
  • You have diversified energy, ag product, and leadership experience
  • You have computer knowledge and experience; previous POS experience is an asset
  • You are honest and trustworthy, are results orientated, and strive to be the best in the work that you do
  • You are well organized and capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision
  • You have a flexible work schedule – understanding of the seasonal peaks (Seeding and Harvest)
  • Must be willing to obtain TDG, WHMIS, Bulk Plant, Petro Driver and Fuels and Lubricants certification
  • Must be comfortable working outside in various weather conditions and be willing to wear the required PPE
  • You will ensure compliance to company policies and procedures, professional standards and applicable laws and regulations
