The Equipment Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for the effective implementation of the Michels Canada Preventive Maintenance program and for providing rapid response to field calls regarding equipment breakdowns or inoperability. Reporting to the Equipment Manager – Fleetamp; Construction, this role ensures that equipment across all job sites is properly maintained, minimizing downtime and ensuring operational efficiency. The coordinator acts as the primary point of contact between the field and the equipment management team, providing troubleshooting support and coordinating repairs.Responsibilities:1.
