  • Load/unload trucks and load railcars
  • Operate wheel loaders, forklifts, skid steers, and similar equipment
  • Operate grain cleaning/grading equipment to obtain a specific level of grain quality
  • General housekeeping duties (i.e. - clean equipment and/or buildings)
  • Utilize computerized system to process data Assist operations personnel, maintenance personnel and supervisors as needed
  • All other duties required
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Willing to work weekends and overtime as needed
  • Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in team setting when needed
  • Understand and follow company safety procedures with a commitment to ADM #39;s goal of achieving a zero injury culture
  • Exhibit a professional image at all times; maintain a positive and respectful attitude
  • Previous experience operating a computer is preferred
  • Previous experience in maintenance related disciplines is preferred
Education or Work Experience
  • High school education or equivalent is preferred
  • 6 Months experience
Health and Safety
  • Work in accordance with local/provincial legislation
  • Understands and is accountable for full compliance with safety and other EHS requirements
Additional Information
  • Able to meet physical requirements of the position including, but not limited to: prolonged periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces and from heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, working in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc), lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
  • Exhibit regular and prompt attendance
  • Willing to work weekends and overtime as needed
