Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:Arc’teryx is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Strategyamp; Enterprise PMO to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future direction of our brand. The Director of Strategyamp; Enterprise PMO will lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive growth, enhance market positioning and ensure the long-term success of the company. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing select cross functional strategic planning processes and project management for enterprise-wide initiatives across the organization.You will lead quantitative and qualitative analysis of strategic initiatives in partnership with cross-functional business stakeholders to formulate recommendations and insights using your strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and exceptional communications skills. This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work.MeetYour Future Team:The Strategyamp; Enterprise PMO partners with the executive leadership team in the development, prioritization, and oversight of our company strategies, working cross-functionally across the business to ensure attainment of our long-term strategic objectives and goals. The team provides strategic insights and frameworks to enable strategy development, cross-functional alignment and executive decision making. We are experts at translating complex, unstructured problems into clear executive level narrative and recommendations.Our team leads the company’s long-range strategic planning process, quarterly business reviews and the development of an integrated performance management framework to connect our strategy to our annual operating budget and tactical operating plan. If you were the Director of Strategyamp; Enterprise PMO, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:Developing and articulating a clear and compelling long-term strategic vision for Arc’teryx, aligning with the company’s overall mission and goals.Supporting the VP of Strategy and Enterprise PMO in managing the strategic planning process, authoring 1-3+ year strategic and business plans, organizing and managing key strategic meetings and working with functional leadership team to drive a strategic agenda.Leading the development and ongoing management of tools and processes to execute against strategic and business plans, establishing scorecard metrics to monitor and communicate performance to the plan.Leading cross-functional teams to assess market trends, competitive landscape and guest insights to inform strategic priorities.Providing leadership in project management practices across the organization.Defining and implementing project governance, processes and standards to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.Conducting market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and potential risks.Developing high impact presentations and communication tools to communicate strategic plans across the organization.Providing leadership and guidance to a growing, high performing strategyamp; enterprise PMO team.Are you our next Director of Strategyamp; Enterprise PMOYou have a Bachelor’s degree in business, strategy, or related fieldYou have 10+ years of professional work experience in strategic planning, management consulting, project management, consumer products and/or retail.You have a demonstrated track record as an outstanding problem solver and strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights.You have a strong understanding of retail and consumer-facing businesses.You have a proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional projects.You have the ability to work in and bring structure to ambiguous environments.You have the capacity to synthesize information into effective strategiesamp; innovative insights, translating complex ideas into simple, actionable recommendations.You have high emotional intelligence, influencing skills, and communication skills to collaborate with senior executive stakeholders.You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to build strategic narratives and impactful executive-level presentations.You have strong leadership, facilitation, and analytical skills.You have an entrepreneurial spirit, are a self-starter, and results driven.You demonstrate flexibility and resilience to change and ambiguity.You have a commitment to ethical decision-making and doing what is right.$144,000 - $180,000 a yearA reasonable estimate of the pay range is CAD$144,000- CAD$180,000 at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training.
