Job Description

  • Central Canada and West, includes Ontario to British Columbia (both Provinces and Territories.) Candidate residence preference is Toronto, or Vancouver BC.
Position:The key objective of this position is to support the CHC install base customers to ensure that they are confident in the operation of the Change Healthcare Enterprise Imaging platform, and retention is the priority. The Account Manager (AM) will escalate customer issues as they arise and deliver resolutions to make certain these are resolved. The AM will identify areas where add-ons, training are requested. The AM position will report to the VP of Canadian Sales, and work closely with the Sales Executive (s) covering this territory to ensure that the core team supports the needs of the customer from a retention and expansion standpoint. Some of the key customers that the AM will support will be Interior Health, The Ottawa Hospital, Royal Victoria etc., and the OCINet projects as they roll out with new contracts secured.Core Responsibilities:
  • Serve as customer operational expert for all aspects of top tier assigned accounts across the territory with both existing (and potential new partnerships if required) - Canada Central and West.
  • Coordinate operational and strategic activities internally to improve customer experience and strengthen corporate processes across Support, Sales, Customer Experience, Customer Communications, Billing, & Finance etc. Responsible for coordination of activity across legacy organizations.
  • Maintain and expand relational footprint within assigned clients, focus but not limited to, Manager, Director, and VP contacts.
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction and cultivation of references at each client within assigned portfolio.
  • Create and deliver Governance Meetings with key assigned clients per corporate guidelines e.g. Interior Health, The Ottawa Hospital etc. .
  • Maintain accuracy of customer documentation in all corporate repositories such as Salesforce, Qualtrics, and Contract Administration. Input customer activities weekly into Sales Force for assigned territory accounts, and keep Sales Executives current with thee details through regular cadence meetings.
  • Serve as escalation point for operational disruption across all defined areas of partnership
  • Requirements
  • Education/Training –
  • Bachelors Degree in related area of study or equivalent experience.
  • Business Experience –
  • 7+ years healthcare account management experience with a minimum of 4 years working in Enterprise Imaging with large health care organizations or large enterprise-wide healthcare software systems.
  • Preferred Qualifications: List any additional preferred experience, skills, competencies, training, licenses or degrees – qualifications that are helpful to have but are not required and thus won’t disqualify candidates.

    • Project Management Experience
    • Customer Success Experience
  • Understanding of Canadian Market, Ministry, Health Authorities and the best way in which to support the CHC customer base.
  • Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
  • Environment – Office environment
  • Physical Requirements – Sitting, standing, walking, and using key board, mouse, computer and telephone
  • Travel:
  • up to 50%+ travel cold be required.
  • Flying, train, or driving to visit customers, or conferences, headquarter meetings, or training will be required.
