Youre ready to help build a new organization.As the IT Technician, you will work with a small team to ensure proper operation of the Strait-IT partners’ technology environment, enabling end users to provide municipal services to their citizens, businesses and visitors.Applicants should have excellent PC troubleshooting skills in a networked / cloud services environment. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (including Azure Active Directory), networking (firewalls, VPNs, managed switches, VLANS), structured cabling, and telecommunications would be considered assets for this role. Travel throughout Antigonish County and Cape Breton will be required, as is access to a motor vehicle and a valid NS Drivers license.
