Expectations from you
  • Support our retail client through various communication channels: phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Help customers make selections by building rapport, sharing product knowledge, and offering suggestions in a friendly and inviting atmosphere
  • Respond to customers’ orders and shipment inquiries
  • Resolve order concerns independently and with minimum supervision for escalated situations, while maintaining a positive and engaging tone
  • Accurate and concise feedback and special needs documentation in a computer-based system
  • Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing credit cards, and other online payment methods
What are we looking for
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Able to work on customer needs in a confident and positive demeanor
  • Excellent data entry skills and the ability to navigate between multiple computer screens while on the phone
  • Call center or soft sales experience (preferred)
  • Experience in a metrics-driven, performance environment (preferred)
  • Background noise and interruption free home space
Technical Requirements
  • Reliable internet speed and broadband connection (5 Mbps download, 2.5 Mbps upload)
  • Hardwired or ethernet connection to the internet during your shift
  • A Windows laptop or a desktop
  • Two Monitors (minimum of 19” in size)
  • A USB headset with a mute button for both training and live customer handling
  • Smartphone to be able to log into our system.
