There is an immediate opportunity within the Wood Automotive Group for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join the team at Okotoks Ford Lincoln!The CSR ensures all service customers receive a warm reception and responds to all service phone calls in a prompt, professional manner. Confidence in completing outgoing phone calls is necessary. Strong telephone etiquette, computer, and customer service skills are also required.Candidates must be reliable team players, who are committed to providing outstanding customer service.Previous dealership experience is considered an asset.About the Benefits of being part of our team:
