Job Description

At Natura Soy we have passion for natural living and a genuine desire to bring the best in non toxic products to our customers! We are looking for an experienced Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team.We are looking for self-starting, motivated and committed individual. The Fulfillment Associate plays a critical role in our fast-paced environment that requires drive, grit, positivity, and enthusiasm for challenge. In this role, you will execute a variety of fulfillment activities. Ultimately, the success of our fulfillment operation is determined by your ability to execute and effectively delivering a perfect experience for our customersYou Will:

  • Pick and pack orders according to company standards and brand guidelines
  • Inspect product to ensure quality
  • Ensure all merchandise is allocated to the correct customer order
  • Assist the production team when warehouse tasks are complete
  • Maintain a clean work environment by keeping area clean and products in correct locations
You Have:
  • Minimum 1 year as previous distribution experience
  • Previous retail and/or gift-wrapping experience preferred
  • High level of accuracy and attention to details
  • Strong communication skills
Requirements
  • Requires strong attention to detail. Must be an effective communicator and team player, focused and flexible.
  • Must be able to collaborate and work within a small and diverse team.
  • Must be able to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks with minimal supervision
  • Open, honest and active communication tendencies. Not afraid to admit mistakes or recognize issues and find solutions
  • Capable of handling physically demanding, repetitive work -is a must. Standing, wrapping multiple products
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal direction at times.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
  • Physical stamina and the ability to stand on your feet for extended periods.
Compensation and perks:
  • $16/hr
