Western Solar is a growing Solar company and are in need of reliable individuals to join our assembly team. We are seeking a motivated candidates that are not willing to compromise safety, production and quality.Responsibilities would include the following:- Lead a installation team installing the solar racking.- Lead a installation team installing the solar modules.- Ensure team is working in a safely.- Ensure quality control is maintained for the team.- Ensure high productivity levels.- Be a stong team member.Requirements:-Must provide own PPE including steel toed boots.-Previous construction experience.-Dependable and hardworking.-Must have a reliable form of transportation to commute to the job site with.
